
BellaYatra — Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Policy
Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip begins.
Any pending payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.
2. ID Verification
A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all travelers.
Boarding will not be allowed without proper ID verification.
3. Booking Transfer
Bookings are non-transferable.
Only the traveler(s) whose name is mentioned at the time of confirmation will be permitted to travel.
4. Passport Requirement (For International Trips)
For international tours with BellaYatra, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel and must not be damaged.
BellaYatra is not responsible for denial of entry due to invalid/damaged passports.
Any additional cost arising from deportation or alternate arrangements must be borne by the traveler.
5. No Refund on Unused Services
No refund will be provided for any service or activity that the traveler chooses not to avail.
6. Personal Belongings
Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
BellaYatra management will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of items during the trip.
7. Reporting & Departure
Travelers must report to the pickup point 30 minutes before departure.
The departure time is fixed; delays from the traveler’s side will not be accommodated.
If anyone misses the bus, no refund will be issued.
We will attempt to call you twice before departure.
8. AC Usage in Hills
Air Conditioning will remain off in hilly areas.
The driver may switch off the AC when required for safety or road conditions.
9. Smoking & Drinking Policy
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the journey due to safety reasons.
Our trips may include activities like trekking, walking, or camping — ensure you are physically fit to participate.
10. Responsibility & Liability
BellaYatra organizes adventure-based group tours which involve certain risks such as accidents, injuries, sickness, or loss of property.
BellaYatra and its team will not be held responsible for:
Accidents, injuries, or illnesses
Loss or damage to luggage/property
Delays or changes caused by third parties
Missed enjoyment or inconvenience caused by circumstances outside our control
11. Behavior & Discipline
Misconduct, harassment, or indiscipline of any kind will not be tolerated on BellaYatra tours.
We aim to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable travel community.
12. Unexpected Situations
BellaYatra shall not be responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or extra expenses because of:
Weather issues
Landslides
Political closures
Mechanical breakdowns
Natural calamities
Any situation beyond our control
13. Insurance
BellaYatra does not provide any insurance.
Travelers are advised to purchase personal travel/health insurance on their own.
14. Itinerary Changes
Weather, road conditions, and participant fitness may require changes in the itinerary.
BellaYatra reserves the right to modify the schedule to ensure the safety and comfort of all travelers.
